Approvela API
Create clients and projects, issue review links, then list and triage feedback with agency-scoped API keys. Keys are shown once when created.
● ● ○ YOUR WORKFLOW, STILL YOURS
Bring your existing creative into one clear review, then carry the decisions forward with workspace-scoped API keys and signed webhooks. Start with the connections that are ready today, without mistaking a share link for a native integration.
AVAILABLE NOW
Approvela keeps the client review and approval record together. When another tool needs to know what happened, use the documented API or send selected events to your workflow through a signed webhook.
Create clients and projects, issue review links, then list and triage feedback with agency-scoped API keys. Keys are shown once when created.
Send selected review events to a Zapier Catch Hook or your own HTTPS endpoint. Verify signatures and map only the fields your destination needs. Some events include reviewer details, so use destinations approved for client data.
TOOLS AND SOURCES
These options reflect what the product supports today. Native account connections and browser capture are not available yet.
Paste a channel webhook in Approvela and choose what to post: sent rounds, approvals, extra-round requests or new notes. Messages link back to the project and never include note text.
Review a shareable Loom video in the client room and add notes with manually entered timecodes. Native Loom recording and account connection are not available yet.
Review privately proxied staging websites, photo slideshows, or uploaded PNG, JPEG, WebP and GIF image sets in one client workflow.
Clients connect the extension from their review, then send a note and screenshot from any page of the live site into the open round. Notes can also become ClickUp or Asana tasks in one click; use the API and webhooks for anything else.
VIDEO AND MONTAGE REVIEW
Approvela accepts shareable YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive and Loom video links. YouTube and Vimeo feedback follows playback; Google Drive and Loom notes use a timecode entered by the reviewer. Other arbitrary creative-file uploads are not yet supported as review sources.
Review a shareable video and keep timestamped feedback aligned with playback.
Use a shareable video link, then enter the timecode for each note directly.
The client groups notes into one round. The agency can triage feedback and publish the next version under the agreed project terms.
